2. Website access and Wix hosting
Accessing this website involves processing technical connection data. These may include your IP address, time of access, pages and files requested, browser and device information and the referring page. Processing enables delivery of the website, maintains stability and security, and protects against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure operation of our online offering.
We use Wix for hosting, website functions, forms, bookings and automated service messages. Under the Wix Data Processing Addendum, Wix.com Ltd., Israel, generally processes website visitors’ data as a processor. Wix uses subprocessors. According to that addendum, transfers to Wix in Israel rely on the relevant adequacy decision; onward transfers rely, as applicable, on adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other applicable safeguards. 3. Registrations, bookings and contact
We process the information you provide when registering for a class, requesting a booking or contacting us. This includes, in particular, your name, email address, any telephone number provided, selected practice or language, appointment and booking details, and your message. We use these data to handle your enquiry, organise participation, match a payment and provide the booked service. The website uses Wix Forms and Wix Bookings.
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to pre-contractual enquiries and contract performance. Other enquiries are handled under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in appropriate communication. Processing required by law is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Information marked as required is needed to handle the request; without it, registration or booking may not be possible.
There is no newsletter. Registration, payment and access messages serve to handle your enquiry or booking. We do not request health information in class registrations. Please provide only the information necessary for your enquiry in general contact fields.
Additional embedded form functions use Boom Form by BoomTech LLC, Arshakunyats 5, 305, Yerevan 0055, Armenia. In the cookie settings, this app is assigned to the optional “Funktionell” category and includes the Google services reCAPTCHA and gstatic.com. These optional technologies are enabled through your consent. Processing your actual enquiry or registration follows the legal bases described above. 4. Email communication through Gmail
We use Google’s regular Gmail service for the published contact address. Email contents, sender and recipient addresses, and technical delivery information are processed through this service. Purposes and legal bases depend on the enquiry or booking as described in section 3. Google also processes data under its own privacy terms.

5. Protected video practice
For booked online offerings, we provide password-protected access pages. Technical connection and session information are processed to deliver the content and verify access. The German MADHURAM video practice that was checked is delivered through Wix video infrastructure. The legal basis for providing a booked service is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR additionally supports secure access.
6. Cookies, similar technologies and external links
Wix uses cookies and similar storage technologies for website functions, such as security, sessions and services you expressly request. Storage on, or access to, your device does not require consent under section 25(2)(2) of the German TDDDG insofar as it is strictly necessary for a digital service you expressly request. Processing personal data also needs an appropriate GDPR legal basis.
Non-essential analytics, advertising or convenience technologies generally require valid prior consent under section 25(1) TDDDG and, where personal data are processed, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn for the future. Further information is available on our Cookie Policy page.
Links to Instagram or external donation websites lead to offerings operated by other controllers. When you follow such a link, their privacy information applies to processing there. An external link is distinct from a third-party function embedded on this website.
We use “Usercentrics for Wix” by Usercentrics GmbH, Sendlinger Str. 7, 80331 Munich, Germany, to manage and document your privacy choices. You can reject optional services, allow selected services and change your choice at any time using the “Privatsphäre-Einstellungen” button. The banner is displayed in German. In the Wix default consent settings, the optional categories functional, analytics, advertising and data sharing with third parties are disabled. The additional live script of the Circular Text app is disabled.
As a processor, Usercentrics processes consent and rejection choices, consent ID and time, user and banner settings, and technical information such as IP address, browser identifier, referrer URL and geographical location information. According to its service information, processing takes place primarily in the European Union; consent and withdrawal records are kept for one year and then deleted. The service uses local browser storage, among other technologies, to retain your choice. Legal bases are Article 6(1)(c) GDPR for consent and documentation obligations and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our interest in reliably managing your choices. Strictly necessary device storage is covered by section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Service and storage details are available under “Dienste” in the privacy settings.
7. Recipients and international transfers
Personal data are made available to people and service providers only where necessary for the relevant purpose and legally permitted. This includes, in particular, the hosting, form, booking and email services described here. For a bank transfer, the banks involved process the necessary payment data. Where required, recipients may also include tax and legal advisers or legally competent authorities.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area must also meet Articles 44 et seq. GDPR. Information about the safeguards stated by Wix and Google is accessible through their links; you may request further information using our contact address.
A PayPal button is embedded for available payment or donation functions. The provider is PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. If you use such a function, PayPal processes technical connection data and the account, payment and transaction details needed for the chosen payment under its own privacy terms. The legal basis for processing a payment you request is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. PayPal may also process data outside the European Economic Area. 8. Retention and deletion
We retain personal data for as long as they are needed for the stated purposes. Relevant criteria include handling your enquiry, performing the booked service and statutory retention duties. Where the purpose ends and there is no other legal basis, the data must be deleted. Where statutory retention duties apply, or data are needed to establish or defend legal claims, further processing must be restricted to those purposes. 9. Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details above. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly where you live or work or where you believe an infringement occurred. The data protection authority of Baden-Württemberg is particularly relevant to the stated business location.
