Essentials
To ensure you arrive relaxed, please note the following information:
Please arrive about 10 minutes before the start.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring something to drink.
Please bring your meditation cushion and your own yoga mat.
Please silence or turn off your mobile phone before the start.
Every journey is unique. Some people experience the practice as calm and relaxing, others perceive intense thoughts or emotions – and sometimes very little may happen. Everything is allowed.
Should anything shift during or after the session, approach yourself and those around you with openness and compassion. As a psychologist and aspiring systemic psychotherapist, I guide these processes with great care. If you feel the need to talk about your experience after the journey, please feel free to contact me at any time.
Health & Personal Responsibility
Your health and well-being are our top priority throughout every journey.
Please practice mindfully and only to the extent that feels right for you. Listen to your body's signals and adjust exercises or take a break if you experience pain, discomfort, or other issues. Yoga is not a competition – every journey is unique.
If you are suffering from acute illnesses, injuries, pregnancy or other health conditions, please be sure to inform me before booking or at the latest a few days before the journey.

This early information is especially important during pregnancy. Many kriyas are not suitable or only partially suitable during pregnancy. Only if I know this in advance can I adjust the journey accordingly or decide together with you whether participation is advisable at that particular time.
By booking, you confirm that you are participating in the Journey at your own risk and are physically and mentally fit to participate in a yoga practice. Participation is at your own risk. The Journeys do not replace medical, psychotherapeutic, or physiotherapeutic diagnosis or treatment.
Although I work as a psychologist and aspiring systemic psychological psychotherapist, the Journeys do not constitute psychotherapeutic treatment or counseling. They serve to promote mindfulness, body awareness, and well-being.
I guide each journey with the utmost care and attention. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is assumed for damages or injuries resulting from participation at one's own risk or from disregarding the given instructions.

Booking & Payment
You can easily book your Journey via the booking calendar on this website.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all further payment information. Please transfer the participation fee within 24 hours so that I can reserve your place.
cancellation
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your Journey at least 24 hours before it begins. For cancellations made later than this, or in case of no-show, the full participation fee will unfortunately be charged, as the spot usually cannot be filled at short notice.
Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
